Refill Policy & Guarantees

At InstantViewly, we continuously test our provider networks to ensure we are delivering the highest-retention, most stable social media growth services available on the market. However, social media platforms are highly dynamic.

Algorithm & Drop Disclaimer

Because we operate on third-party platforms (like Meta, Google, and TikTok), we cannot offer an absolute "no drop" guarantee. Major algorithm updates, platform security sweeps, and spam-filter changes can occasionally cause engagement or followers to drop. While we strive to provide the best-tested non-drop services, these platform-wide sweeps are entirely out of our control. We cannot be held liable for third-party platform actions.

How Our Refill Guarantee Works

To protect your investment against these inevitable algorithm shifts, most of our services come with a specific Refill Warranty (typically 30, 60, or 365 days, clearly stated before you order).

If a drop occurs within your warranty period: Simply message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order details or link. We will initiate a free top-up to restore your numbers.
Start Count Verification: Refills are strictly based on the Start Count recorded when your order was placed. If your account drops below this start count due to losing organic followers or previous fake followers, we cannot refill the difference.
Post-Warranty Drops: Once the stated warranty period expires, we are no longer obligated to refill the service, though we may do so at our discretion for loyal clients.
Username Changes: If you change your username or URL, or set your account to Private during or after delivery, your refill warranty is immediately voided.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We handle refunds fairly and transparently. Because digital services incur hard costs the moment they are initiated, our refund conditions are strict but fair.

When you WILL get a refund:

• Non-Delivery: If your order does not start within 24 hours and we are unable to process it on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Partial Delivery: If a service is partially delivered and cannot be completed by our servers, we will refund you proportionally for the undelivered amount.

When you WILL NOT get a refund:

• Completed Orders: Once an order is fully delivered according to our system logs, it is strictly non-refundable.
• Wrong Links: If you provide an incorrect, broken, or private link, and the system marks the order as complete or processing, we cannot cancel or refund it.
• Drops: A drop in followers/views does not entitle you to a refund. It entitles you to a Refill (if within the warranty period).
• Overlapping Orders: If you place an order with us, and simultaneously place an order with another provider for the exact same link, we cannot accurately track delivery. No refunds will be issued for overlapping orders.

No Affiliation: InstantViewly is a completely independent marketing entity. We are in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Spotify, or any other third-party platform mentioned on this website.
Account Liability: While our services are designed to be safe and do not require your password, you use InstantViewly at your own risk. We are not liable for any account suspensions, bans, or shadowbans that a third-party platform may enforce.
Delivery Times: All delivery times mentioned on the website are estimates based on average server speeds. Delays can occur due to platform updates or server congestion. A delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund unless it exceeds 48 hours without starting.
Service Modifications: Prices, refill durations, and service descriptions are subject to change without prior notice, dependent on the current capabilities of the social media platforms.
