You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with the terms of the respective platforms.

3. User Obligations & Account Rules

To ensure successful delivery of our services, you agree to adhere to the following strict operational rules:

• Public Accounts Only: Your social media profile or post must be set to PUBLIC before placing an order. We cannot deliver services to private accounts.
• No URL Changes: Do not change your username, handle, or post URL while an order is processing. Doing so will result in immediate order failure without a refund.
• No Overlapping Orders: Do not place multiple orders for the exact same link at the exact same time (either with us or another provider). This breaks the start/end counters, and your order will be marked as completed without compensation.

4. Ordering and Fulfillment

All orders are processed manually via WhatsApp or Telegram to ensure absolute security and correct link validation. Delivery times listed on our website (e.g., "0-5 minutes start time") are estimates based on optimal network conditions. During major social media algorithm updates, deliveries may experience natural throttling or delays.

5. Refills and Drop Policy

Social media platforms continuously update their algorithms to purge inactive or suspicious accounts, which can occasionally result in a "drop" in followers, likes, or views.

If the specific service you purchased includes a "Refill Warranty" (e.g., 30 Days, 60 Days, 365 Days), we will replenish the dropped amount free of charge during that period. Services marked without a refill guarantee are considered final upon delivery, and drops will not be compensated.

6. Limitation of Liability

InstantViewly operates as a promotional service. Under no circumstances shall InstantViewly, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of account access—arising out of your use of our services.

While we use the safest routing methods available, you accept all inherent risks associated with purchasing third-party digital growth services for your social profiles.
